RS will be good this is getting pounded hard by synthetic shorts, naked shorting...the price will actually move then i think we're just facing a hedge firm using algorithms shorting this down....1 cent when you have a million on it does start to add up. if you see a float this size experience this kind of volume and go nowhere it's synthetic shorts
