How to be the 10% of investors who make money in stock markets

Here’s one of the many ways - be forward looking. The market always prices in future possibilities even before they happen.

Very soon, we will be ushered into a world of long interest rate. It seems quite certain that Fed will have their first rate cut in Sept. Who will have an advantage in a low-rate market? REITs for sure. But, not all REITs will harvest the same fruits. Always pick the REITs with good track record of rental reversion, high occupancy, debt management and improving earning + dividend payout.

Many Malaysia investors talk about PAVREIT, IGB, SUNREIT, etc etc. They are great. If they deserve your money, take a look at 5180 CLMT too. I’m sure you will be rewarded with good returns.

Don’t invest in REIT only when everyone else is shouting about it.
