Warren Buffed : My guess is that trying to let the free money cuttong rates flow from bonds/treasuries into US overvaluated stock market instead of flowing out of US
Toast Bun investing OP : wouldn't higher interest rates attract more investors into treasury bonds. I'm thinking the lower rates to mitigate commercial real estate crisis and to reduce government debt interests.
