HPE will acquire Juniper Networks for $14 billion

Shares of Juniper, which hit a 52-week high during Tuesday's session, added 0.6% in after-hours action. HPE shares ticked down by 0.3%. In regular trading, Juniper soared nearly 22%, while HPE shed close to 9%.
