Berkshire Hathaway offloaded more than 1.34 million H shares of $BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)$ , with the stake down to 6.9%. BYD opens 0.2% lower at $233 this morning. $ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK)$ proposed to raise $3.87 billion in net proceeds from a share placement at a discount of about 5%, and issue another US$2 billion in convertible bonds. The stock slid 2% at $16.
