Hong Kong stocks opened lower in the morning. $Hang Seng Index (800000.HK)$ opened lower by 133 points or 0.8% at 17,583. $Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (800100.HK)$ opened lower by 56 points or 0.9% at 6,267. $Hang Seng TECH Index (800700.HK)$ opened lower by 42 points or 1.2% at 3,546.

For techs, $BABA-SW (09988.HK)$ opened dropping 1.3% at $70.6, $TENCENT (00700.HK)$ opened lowering 0.7% at $371.6, as $MEITUAN-W (03690.HK)$ and $JD-SW (09618.HK)$ opened falling 1.9% and 2.7%. $NTES-S (09999.HK)$ , $KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK)$ , $BILIBILI-W (09626.HK)$ and $XIAOMI-W (01810.HK)$ opened down 0.8% to 1%.
