HSI Opens 106 pts Up; CN Real Estate Stocks & HSBC on the Rise

$Hang Seng Index (800000.HK)$ opened 106 points or 0.6% higher at 18,154. $Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (800100.HK)$ opened 39 points or 0.6% higher at 6,314. $Hang Seng TECH Index (800700.HK)$ opened 22 points or 0.6% higher at 4,081.

Domestic property stocks $CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK)$ and $CHINA RES LAND (01109.HK)$ opened 1% higher, while $CHINA JINMAO (00817.HK)$ and $LONGFOR GROUP (00960.HK)$ opened 1.7% and 1.9% higher. $SINO-OCEAN GP (03377.HK)$ announced that it will suspend all offshore debt payments, and its shares opened declining 1.5% at $0.65.

For other blue chips, $HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK)$ opened 1.8% higher at $60.85, $HKEX (00388.HK)$ opened 0.2% lower at $299.6, $AIA (01299.HK)$ opened flat at $65.55. $TINGYI (00322.HK)$ opened 1.9% higher, $NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK)$ opened 1.4% higher.
