Brianjh : I think both fund is pretty fund the same. with same expense ratio (management fee, sales charges). Focus on tech sector. but their % focus on different sub-sector is different. BGF more on software & services. Franklin more on semiconductors. BGF had higher beta than Franklin so it's more volatile but return slightly higher returns than Franklin. so it depends.
