I have a feeling this could be better than expected.

People in the USA have been moving around more than ever trying to get away from crazy Democrat cities this year. California alone has had millions of people to move due to the quality of the city. Just saying, they didn't all move with just their cars... most likely rented a uhaul to get the big stuff. I could be wrong, but I'm at least buying one.
