I look forward to having a Desktop option finally! I love the mobile app and I do most of my trading that way but I use webull more than moomoo simply for the fact that I dislike the way the charts are set up. on webull I can set things the way I like that and have no issues but I don't care for their desktop set up. that, I have trouble navigating. so my advice is this, keep doing all the great things you're doing and really make an effort to out do your charts, not overly complicated,not too simple, yeah I'm talking about you Robin hood. but, I'll tell you what, there's something to be said for an easy and intuitive user interface. it is where a trader spends a good bit of his day and in my humble opinion it is the deciding factor on where I keep most of my money. my only other advice would be to offer an incentive for current users of the mobile app to branch out and try the desktop version, nothing huge, but something that makes ppl go and try it even if they don't want to. there are so many apps I play or surveys I do that I really don't want to do but a little extra monetary incentive goes a long way in swaying people's willingness to try something. especially now when everything is so ridiculously expensive! if you're familiar with coinbases learn to earn program I feel like that's a perfect example. they're not the best for charts, their wallet is not great but because of their great incentive program I use their platform more than any other for all my crypto needs.
