I’m convinced that with this sustained move (another 5% gain) in the $Hang Seng TECH Index (800700.HK)$ , there’s a mountain of margin calls slamming those holding short positions. It’s buying and volume like I haven’t seen in years for this market. I wonder if we’ll hear of a few hedge funds imploding in the coming weeks.
