I mentioned being bearish on May 14th, and I still maintain that view until now.

I'm seeing a head and shoulders pattern forming, breaking above and then breaking below. I still maintain my bearish view (and once this head is fully formed, it is extremely large), indicating that the real estate market is in serious danger.

Selling 33 million shares? Directors selling is not a good sign, especially selling stocks at a high level. I estimate that what will happen afterwards is not what everyone wants to see.
