I'm hopeful of a memorable December gift.
The most memorable gift would be a Santa Claus rally in the REITs sector. Despite the Fed cut in interest rate as expected in December, it did not spark a rebound in Reits share prices. I am taking a long term approach to my investments in Reits and am hopeful this December marks an inevitable upward movement of the REITs share prices
