$Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X ETF(TNA.US)$ I'm really shocked that the mid cap and the small cap leverage ETFs or even positive today the monies that are coming out of the mega cap stocks are not going into these ETFs or these sectors typically the small caps and the mid caps rally when there's a dovishness from the Fed that we are going to see a possible rate cut in the near future and pce was basically flat today which is a neutral higher for longer connotation. so I think that the rallies that we're seeing in these sectors are going to be short-lived
