At an interest of 4,75% on the money : A very good deal for VW who will get Rivian’s software almost for free, but a clear sign of Rivian’s desperate need for help, as they cannot even complete their new factory to mass-produce.
There is the possibility for a win-win long term deal but the odds are all against it…
I shorted it yesterday from 18,87$ and got out this morning. It won’t get back to 20$ unless the next earnings are good, which they clearly WON’T. In an act of faith, I may buy some AFTER the low coming with the earnings… let’s see Not financial advice.
