i said i was conflicted but at this price it's a discount and i bought shares yesterday
$ACM Research (ACMR.US)$ it's a big discount relative to the past 2 months and in the earnings report this week the financials look solid despite the chips restrictions so I believe because they have a proper offshoot in China it's a company of its own that allows them to continue to operate China without the same restrictions as other US headquartered companies face.
and also probably these companies will find ways to skirt around the restrictions because in the earnings the management gave a very positive outlook for the next quarter and year despite tightening chip export restrictions.
