when can hold and sell whenever we want to. This is why short sellers always doing things to scare holders to sell so they can profit before their contract expires. Not sure if I’m explaining it right but that is my understanding. If anyone wants to correct me or add on are welcome to. We all learn new things everyday 
Grumm : It appears they are executing the shorts within 15mins so are shorting high volume with small percentages but still making good money. Thats why you see price never breaking out for long before it falls. Contract expiry is only a thing if they are waiting a long time for price to drop if it goes high due to shortage of available shares and buying pressure. This hasn’t appeared to have happened
