i would start buying some IWM if i were you
$iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM.US)$ start to accumulate in small batches. once rate cut happens this will explode. now still uncertain over when it will happen (september is possible but some are doubtful about it)
it's hard to time the bottom on this one just buy a bit every week or month
