If I am correct: ARK sold TSLA and PLTR at the recent peak, But also FOMO and Bought both Stocks back at 55$++ and 280$++

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ $Palantir (PLTR.US)$ Based on the information below,
-TSLA
-PLTR
-SQ
were sold out in the last 10 days.
But, the institution also bought back some of
+COIN
+Amazon
+ILMN
+Meta
at lower price.
But on Nov 6, they bought back 1 Billion worth of TSLA at +/- 281 $ and 468 Million worth of PLTR stock at +/- 55$ back in their portfolio...
(Probably FOMO for PLTR or tried to move TSLA stock up with huge buy order)
(COIN and CRSP were also notable amount in their portfolio)
