- Focus now on the SARS CoV-2 FLiRT variant and be ready to say yes to the FDA when the call for development is made. Don’t have a repeat episode where your competitors $Moderna (MRNA.US)$ and $Pfizer (PFE.US)$ pick up the exciting strains (KP) whilst you’re left with the soon to be irrelevant JN strain
- Drive the malaria vaccine harder - go beyond Africa, talk traveller markets, hit GAVI hard, build an access case for Global Fund / Rotary
- Diversify! Why just COVID and malaria?? Build the pipeline, partner with IVI/governments
