If Nvidia tanked below $100, every stock and ETF will tank
$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ the entire market will crash, banker will all fully withdraw their money from every sector, all your money will be gone, you might as well sell all your stock now regardless of the P/L, you not even sure if you should reinvest due not even sure of the dip, the entire market will take a whole year to recover, you don't wish that to happen tbh. So you gotta stop talking shit like going back to really cheap range, you have no idea of the impact it might cause.

. If NVDA is down it emulated the whole index of Nasdaq. it is really similar in movement. I really hate to see that. Rebalancing it is also difficult since it takes a long time to rotate all of NVDA funds into other sector. knowledgeisstrength : Chances are the people who drove up the stock price to 140 are the ones who are selling it down. The reason is simple enough, they just want to make money, and they think Nvidia can evoke enough greed and fear over many big trading cycles as it did in the past few years and as it will in the next few years. These people are not stupid, they have nothing against Nvidia, they don't profit as much if Nvidia shares price goes down to $10 and stays there. They will not drive the share price up or down beyond reasonable "take profit" or "buy-in" levels. Hence, we often see share price fluctuations of +/- 20% over a matter of weeks. Nvidia is a cash cow for them, and any talk of them harming the cash cow is stupid and silly.
