TMW1986 : Not sure. I think previously Baba got develop its own chips. They know US dont allow them to buy, so not an issue.
Buy Monopoly Only : It doesn't matter what's unfavorable. The domestic AI market belongs to the domestic market. Foreigners simply can't reach it. Everyone will be indifferent to whether it's advantageous or not.
16055153 TMW1986 : Baba designed their own chips, but Baba is unable to manufacture the chips, so Taiwan Semiconductor is responsible for production. Therefore, without Taiwan Semiconductor's involvement, Baba cannot obtain the chips, as the yield of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation's processes below seven nanometers is extremely low, with high failure rates, making it practically impossible to produce anything below five nanometers.
