Sadly these folks are going bankrupt. Doubt they will last to the end of the year. They already cut 75% of staff but are still probably hemorrhaging what little cash they have left.

Yeah I do believe I agree with you! Thinking they may be headed to the OTC in the near future? Unless someone comes to rescue them. Hehehe

Not even sure the pink sheets will save them My guess is they are going to keep their doors open just long enough to sell off what little owning interest they have in the two remaining collaborative drug candidates

Agree! But for me that don’t matter! This account is day trading and company financials have zero to do with day trading for the most part! It comes down to PR / Catalyst and chart / psychology! I prove that almost every day. To many especially newer traders don’t understand that! But they are totally different! Only thing that makes them similar is the chart!

I honestly don't even know if that is how it works I am pretty sure the executives plan on pocketing any money left over. I am not an expert in bankruptcy law. But I believe there is only a certain amount of time creditors can go back and force the return of any funds paid by the company to employees, etc in order to pay the debt.
So the zombie strategy of paying yourself out all the capital you have, then waiting a few months before actually declaring bankruptcy is a way to avoid creditors getting the money they are trying to run away with instead 🫠

Arrayfunction : The two most important metrics for companies like these IMO. Once you hit debt >50% of the assets it's deathknell time.
Trytosaveabit OP Arrayfunction : True! But if they get a buyer for either or both before that? It would make for a good day trade! Hehehe
