73372627 : According with the rules, they are granted 180 days to be listed. All what this happened was just a scam from those who complain. They winn big on this beign shorter seller. The stock has in 1 1/2 week rule 201 in force due to this prick short seller. I think new rules must come in force.

For me is not bad, I load 1000 at 19.25$ and regret not go more. This stock (company) was and will be a big player in semi. Even if will be delisted, will perform well. Delist from Nasdaq, mean go to OTC and they will spare 250k from revenue in basic fees to SEC. Last time was delisted, (same company complain), the shares doubles.

For me this game of the pricks made me be sauer but it is a part of the game. New rule must come out to stop those pricks (short sellers). Me I do not see beneficieses from this short sell, just fake news and evaluations.

Money Thrill : Fully agreed, 100 % SAME OPINION, ...  short selling fundamentally contributes NOTHING useful to the economy.  On the contrary, manipulation of Hindenburg and Hedge funds.
