Imagine you bought something from JB Hi-fi 6 months ago. You get a call from them saying they just found it they overcharged you, they are sending you 1,000 back. Are you happy that you are getting 1,000? Or are you pissed off that they overcharged you in the first place? It's like getting fired, but getting a good redundancy. Having your engine blow up, but it's fully covered under warranty. It's a 'good' thing that you definitely want to happen. But it's better to not be in the situation that needs it in the first place.
