Improvements for 2025

I like how Moomoo has many interesting and fun events for us to join and gives points which can be redeemed for stocks, cupons or merchandise. The stock redemption option has now disappeared and I would love for it to return!
I've noticed that it takes rather long (past the deadline written in the event page) for the points to be credited to my account for many (usually Malaysian) events. Oftentimes, I need to remind them using the customer service function. This resulted in many tickets being raised which I felt was really unnecessary as Moomoo should be tracking the events with our participation and results of polls, etc. and should then credit the points accordingly in a timely manner.
I would also like that when the points are credited to our account, the description should be more accurate to say what event is this points coming from - "voting on TNB vs Inari earnings poll", or "writing a post on what we are doing on Halloween", etc. That would be much more helpful for us to keep track of our points as opposed to a very general description of "earnings season participation".
Otherwise, the app is really great and user friendly and I look forward to continue my investing journey with Moomoo!
