India's stock Infosys is expanding its collaboration with Nvidia.

On August 29, Infosys announced that it is expanding its collaboration with Nvidia to promote AI-driven customer-centric solutions that enhance the innovation and efficiency of telecommunications providers. According to this IT service company in its submission to the securities exchange, this collaboration will leverage Infosys Topaz, a set of AI-first services, solutions, and platforms using generative AI technology, to improve the customer experience for telecommunications providers, streamline network operations, and accelerate service delivery.

Infosys has developed three generative AI solutions powered by Infosys Topaz. These solutions use the NVIDIA NIM Inference Microservices, Nvidia NeMo Retriever Embedding Model, and NeMo Guardrails to customize and deploy LLM models specific to the telecommunications industry. In addition, Infosys Topaz uses Nvidia Riva to build a real-time conversation AI pipeline that enables real-time transcriptions and translations for call center agents.
