How can the price keep increasing with outflow being larger than inflow? also the big red volume as per moomoo chart? Anyone care to explain?

101611532 : Outflow means sell transactions is greater than buy transactions. As price is trending higher, this indicates that price is supported by buyers in spite of the selling.
