$Infobird Software (IFBD.US)$ Infobird to effect 1 for 8 reverse stock split to regain compliance with Nasdaq. Why do they need RS when the per share value is already at 1.95?

After1 for 8 RS on 27 Feb. the eventual per share value will be at $15.60 per share?
