10baggerbamm OP WSum : the stock's been a dud Richard Branson is very smart obviously but you know when you go through a reverse split the vast majority of time they get attacked with shorts and the stocks collapse there was one yesterday that I saw like a $5 $6 stock anyways it had done a reverse split and it went through the roof but they're few and far between they're more technical reasons because when you do a reverse split you take the number of shares out of the float and most people that owned it before they're just going to be looking at it for the rest of their lives on their brokerage account they're not even going to bother selling it if you had a small amount of shares in the past they're a fraction now so they already have the loss and that's really the only time you get one of these short squeeze types of events but if you're involved with the company that says we're going to reverse split you should just sell it take your loss before it reverse splits that's my two cents

someone on Reddit said ,
shorts will continue to short it ,
until the stock price falls below $1 ,
then Reverse-split again .
I am considering reducing my position.
