(the “Company”) filed with the Florida Secretary of State a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation (the “Certificate of Amendment”) which will be effective on July 16, 2024 to effect a one-for-twenty (1:20) reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”) of the shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.00001 of the Company (the “Common Stock”). The Reverse Stock Split was approved by the Company’s stockholders at a general meeting on July 8, 2024.

LukeM EZ_money : I see this as a win. The free float is already low. Now divide that by 20. And you’re left with under 1 million free float. Probably around 750,000.

EZ_money CodyP3 : i would probably sell if you are up usually RS is not a good thing, but like Luke says it makes this float under 1 million. so i see it as good news once the dust settles
