good eye on that one I had to stop I don't follow this stock but I went and I looked at the SEC filings to see if they were exercising stock options that were granted to them at zero or a couple of pennies and they're not these were open market purchases. so good eye and good catch because people that run companies sell for a variety of reasons but they only buy stock for one reason and when they go in the open market and buy it's no different than when the CEO bought a million dollars worth of marvel 2 and 1/2 weeks ago or so when it was in the 90s. and now look at the stock.

Thank you! Yes a lot of people don’t either look at the code? Or have no clue what the codes mean! Hehehe. There is a trader here that has people pay him for his genius! But he blocked me when one time he pointed out how bullish a ticker was because of 5 new form 4’s! But when I ( nicely ) added that they were not buys but givin to employees and IMO that’s not bullish in of itself! He got indignant and blocked me! Hehehe. Thanks again and GL today
