exactly. Most companies have rule about black out trading before earnings release. Insiders can only sell after earnings release. Note regular tax purpose selling is 1/3 to 40%, many of them sell more than half, likely all liquid shares. The only strange thing is so many buyers at this price. I mean I see demand to bet a residual interest but no way like this price.

I am very shocked. seems retail with little knowledge is betting. Anyway at this price, I will only buy back after Dec 16 and Dec 20 that I can claim loss for tax in 2024.
