$U Power(UCAR.US$ If you are an insider and you do not have any faith in your company esp when a notice from nasdaq is issued to your company of a potential delisting, would you want to quickly sell away your shares?
Well, I am not seeing the insiders doing so. And it's unusual that the board is taking so long to propose for a RS and it's seemingly done on purpose to show weakness and uncertainty to drive the share price down.
They are in the kitchen preparing an unknown dish (it can be really good and it can be really bad), cant wait to see what's going to be prepared for us.
