Intel, excluded from the Dow Jones Industrial Average for the first time in 25 years, will be replaced by Nvidia starting on the 8th.

[New York - Yasuhiro Kobayashi] S&P Dow Jones Indices, which calculates the Dow Jones Industrial Average (30 stocks), announced on the 1st that it will exclude Intel, a major U.S. semiconductor company, from the 30 constituent stocks of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and instead include the U.S. semiconductor giant Nvidia. The change will take effect on the 8th. Intel will be removed from the Dow Jones Industrial Average for the first time in about 25 years.
