$Intel(INTC.US$ AMD's PE is over 200, so I can understand its decline. But INTC's PE is only over 30 and it is still declining, which I cannot understand at all. I think someone is shorting it maliciously.

LeoforDharma : I agree, but issue is that Intel is not makinh profit as they needed to do. Reason is they spent a lot on opening manufacturing sites which is a lotttt costly. But now it will change wait for EoY, the stock is bound to double.
