NVIDIA positions Gaudi 3 against its competitors, the 'H100' GPU for cloud/datacenter with 'H200' which changes H100's memory to HBM3e. Gaudi 3's commodity reveals an average 1.4x AI training performance, 1.5x AI inference performance compared to H100, and up to 2.3x AI inference performance per power consumption. Furthermore, it achieves an average 1.3x AI inference performance compared to H200 using higher-performance memory.

According to the company's evaluation, Gaudi 3 is faster and more power-efficient than NVIDIA's H100. It claims to accelerate AI models by 1.7x and improve software execution capability by 1.5x. This product is almost equivalent to NVIDIA's new H200, slightly superior in some areas but mentioned to be slightly behind in others.
