$Intel(INTC.US)$ for all the people that own intc, not me ...not directly anyways but indirectly through an ETF. when you have a reversal like this and something that's out of favor and the pattern repeats itself it doesn't matter what the industry is you typically get a cup formation and that would put it high 37 to about $38. the next leg whether you get a retracement back down of about 50% from the base to high 37 to 38 or you make the handle and you go up at a 45 degree run. it really is going to depend on momentum from Wall Street buyers,  news from Intel and there cannot be a sell-off in chip stocks because that will take everything down.
