$Intel (INTC.US)$ I remember Intel wooed Pat Gelsinger before 2021 for a while before Pat finally decided to join Intel in 2021. The market cheered when he took over as CEO because unlike Pat’s predecessors, he is considered an “engineer” CEO who can help Intel to regain the technological superiority that has already been declining for many years. Now that Pat has failed to save Intel and Intel has nothing much to offer in CPU, GPU, AI, Foundry market against competition, it is even more difficult than before to turn Intel around. Worse still, the foundry business that Pat is betting big on is currently burning a lot of cash and it has not gotten customers to use them yet. For the next few quarters to a few years maybe, this is going to be a huge drag on Intel’s book. Already we are seeing Intel selling almost everything (except core biz) and even properties to generate cash. I see that it is almost an impossible task for any new CEO to turn around.
The best outcome for Intel or for traders/investors is perhaps betting on a white knight to buy it over. The share price can maybe go up from here. Otherwise, to me, Intel is doomed. My personal opinion.
For those who like to gamble and buy cheaply without doing homework, pls do due diligence. I remember I said this before when Intel was $40-$50.

digimonX : I still remembered those days when AMD released 1st gen Ryzen cpus that Intel fans, including analysts said AMD (which was nearly bankrupt a couple of years prior) did not stand a chance against Intel. Fast forward 7 years, AMD has taken over CPU tech superiority & Intel is at the brink of failure...
