$Intel (INTC.US)$ the only way Intel can restructure successfully is to replace the whole upper management, including the CEO himself. And the only way for that to achieve is Qualcomm really takes over and fire all of them. This is why when the rumours come out the stock price flies. No one is trusting the current management at all
