Green Dragon 2024 : In my humble opinion, Intel did not take serious the AI implications as the stock market or hedge funds rather. And unfortunately Intel is playing catch up but they see the value of “pick and shovel” approach to Nvidia needs and are building foundries at a rapid pace. But the public wants results now and profits to increase the price of their shares.
