戒律 : Even a CEO with a track record in Manufacturing is at a loss...
戒律 : In my opinion, there is no way to get an answer from the miscellaneous people on the internet whether
1. it will rise again
2. when it will rise, even if you ask. It's the same for famous analysts and savvy traders. If you can understand that kind of thing, you can increase your assets as much as you want.
Intel had a story supported by around 800 billion in subsidies associated with the new factory scheduled to start operations in 2026. They were planning to steer towards manufacturing by bringing in a CEO with a background in manufacturing. However, the CEO stepped down as of the 1st. The situation where a certain supported story is now shrouded in dark clouds. There were even talks of selling the company in the past 2-3 months, but those discussions seem to have disappeared. Since the future is unclear, the supply and demand are likely to be poor for a while. Even if the stock price recovers, it will take a long time. For example, if GPUs become commoditized and partner with Arm, companies other than Nvidia can also create AI semiconductors. Depending on the application, the field of AI is diversifying, and both AMD and Intel are expected to divide the market share by field. The market for automotive applications is expanding rapidly, and partnerships have been formed with Tesla for manufacturing. I don’t think the performance will improve unless there are miraculous developments like these. And if you expect such miracles, I think you can buy it at best when it has already happened and has gone up by about 20% at the initial stage. In other words, I don't see a reason to buy now, so I think it's better to shift funds to stocks with a different and truly attractive story. So, why Intel?
