Intel's future looks bleak
A successful company for too long will become arrogant and eventually collapse. Intel is a case in point. It once dominated the PC market, and the slogan 'Intel inside' was the most commonly heard in the 1990s. Missing out on the rise of smartphones was Intel's first strategic mistake. The emergence of Nvida's GPUs dealt a blow to Intel, and replacing their CEO with a technical background made an even bigger mistake. First, they were too self-assured, and then they foolishly went to compete with TSM in their area of expertise. Isn't that asking for trouble? Intel can still make a comeback, but they don't have much time left. The first thing they need to do is replace the CEO. 🤔
