the former traders are not trading this share  right now (they may not know the price is very low now if they dont check this share), that's why the price can't go up. the average price was 3.5, now people actually want to get it at 2.5 or lower. is it possible to buy it at 2.5 or lower? if you're holding some shares, and if you dont reduce the price no matter what (I know ow some people reduce the price for small order on purpose in order to buy it at low price fir a big order), it will rise to 5 again.
