Nisdey : What profound wisdom. There is of course that other problem, the elephant in the room called Kessler Syndrome, whereby the more we fill Low Earth Orbit with shit, the harder it becomes to safely get anything past it.

Aii it would take to permanently (in all practical senses of the word) deny humanity access to space would be for *anyone* to launch a few rockets up there and blow the tens of thousands of things in LEO into tens of millions of things.
