$Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ im so tried of being screw in the markets someway or another anytime im happy and killing it some bs like my orders failing and callings them not working till it way to late why so tired of this crappy world why does this always happen when im doing to good I just can't understand how its always at the worst time when I have the most to lose something crazy happens and I get stuck or instantly screwed like it really real sucks I just want a fair chance here like there should have been no reason I couldn't sell my options when I tried to when I was talking to there customers service why does it have to go through someone else to fix a problem and why does it have to take so long to get through to the actual problem solvers which will take a couple business days like people trade with alot of money how is this something they can't take care of right away if it is a problem

  • Gilley OP : its way to late i should have been able to take the money when I was up i was putting the orders in i called multiple times let alone after the first call it could have been fixed but had to only get fixed after it was down tried selling multiple time even on the phone the first time I put orders in to prove to the guy it was just canceling them no pop up like I normally has but if i could have only talked to the one guy who told me I should try Uninstalling  and the reinstalling it would have saved me but instead of making my money back when I was trying to sell i had to deal with the will have a tech guy call u back could take awhile 10 minutes before close and yeah thats even worse dont understand how it wouldn't allow me to sell when I was trying from 9 k to 1400 would have been 0 if the second guy didn't get it figured out but why couldn't the first when I would have been out like people need the ability to get in and out when they need to the one order of 1.37 I had in was lower then the price was at by like 5 cents at the time  its like the only thing it was going to allow was for me to take a massive lose even though I should have been fine and I shouldn't of even had to deal with this i lost so much money on a system glitch but again I'm sure nothing will be done probably just pretend everything is fine now but its not fine its way late and pretty much everything I had short

  • Gilley OP SpecklesS : all I can do is hope finra or the sec can do something but probably not just can't believe its so bogus got the pictures just don't understand why it couldn't get fixed the first time like if the first guy I talked to would have been the second my account could have been saved but even he didn't know if Uninstall and reinstalling would work basically i was waiting for the tech guy that took all day like people really need to be able to trade themselves when they need to and want to otherwise id have never played options if I knew I'd be stuck especially with the kind of money I put in them but have the pictures a ton of them my orders should have went through if they didn't get canceled they got canceled cause a glitch that wouldn't allow me to sell cause my forth daytrade even though they have a pop up that usually let's u know and u have to agree which I would have done and already had it set to where it should have went though but did there was no reason I could see why it wouldn't work and to find out cause there system needed to be updated or something is crazy so it basically could happen anytime to anyone I just know that most platforms won't care there system screwed anyone would be great if I was wrong here cause moomoo was my go to app but probably not ever again

  • Gilley OP SpecklesS : been using this app plus how many others for years but its almost like its a system set up to screw me 3rd time I've gotten something you would think would never happen happen to me let alone it shouldnt its real money and real peoples lives glitches shouldn't be allowed to happen or be ok if they do
