$Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ what kinda usa stock platform traps u in options and can't help u fix it the first times there should be no reason I couldn't sell my options just so mad it pulled this kinda crap again 3rd time I get wiped out on atrade that should have been fine but something crazy happens and it doesn't ever happen with little money it always does when its so up im in over 100k in crazy loses that I can't control now from getting my orders changed cause I bought in to low to shorting a stock and it halting the 1 sec jumps 1300 percent hate being screwed in the usa stock market its just something that happen ever why couldn't i sell why was it just canceling my orders why couldn't they fix it right away wtf

Gilley OP 上班对冲风险投资 : yeah I did yesterday multiple times it wasn't till I was completely screw till the problem was fixed i made a great trade and shouldn't of had to get screwed i sold at the top multiple times and called to get it fixed but they didn't help to fix the problem that's why I had to keep calling and after all was said and done the 100 percent gains I should of made turned to negative 90 percent loss like I said it should have been fix the first time I called how doesn't tech support have a fast team like the actual tech support guy called 10 minutes before close thats a 99.9 percent lose at that point but it wasn't till the guy I talked to before that till I could sell but should have been able to way before that even after the first call id have been fine but no this was a huge glitch for me maybe not a rich company but this is my life man I need to be able to sell when I need to and getting no options to till my trade is screw is so wrong how much depression and despair can these markets force down my throat I was doing great and due to your platforms problem I get destroyed completely this is crazy wrong
and its not the first time this kinda thing has happened its been multiple times and always when its the worst time and to all be perfectly timed to is nuts its like a system pretending it was just a glitch but to me its really seems to crazy perfect to not seem set up

Learning Uncle : I had similar experience, also nobody assist. hope the cs can assist this time, as my case till now still no news too after months.. nobody will take responsibility. theres glitch, and it's won't be their problem, cuz your trade is out in the market already. feel sorry for you. no compensation will be given and just coupon for u to add funds. that's about it. but good luck ya.

Gilley OP JonSnow : yeah watching 100 percent disappear multiple times begging to sell was bogus each time I tried i called right away and each time it would drop crazy before I got on the phone in 5 minutes but I should have never had a problem selling myself at all its crazy went from a whole month of no loses to yesterday's bs and losing everything basically on a play that should have saved me but no I couldn't sell 3rd time I've lost everything in a situation that is completely screwed up and outta my control at this point I feel like I'm just getting robbed
Gilley OP Learning Uncle : yeah they should have been able to i was on the phone in time to get it resolved but no the problem couldn't get fixed till I was screwed dont understand how a daytrade platform can have glitches and the customer service couldn't help me let alone like to call 10 minutes before close to help come on they were on the day options I was trying to sell kept putting orders in but no help till it was way late if I was anyone else who seen this id be scared asf this same thing could happen to them easy theres no reason my orders should have been force canceling without any way to get them in on a trade they allowed me to make its basically saying ok to trade in not out of your position till your crushed hate how now they seem to wanna ignore me like there platform problem is just a whatever. this is my life they just screwed I can't believe something like this has happened to me again its literally everytime im doing so good and I'm so happy they just show me I'm not allowed to win even if they gotta trap me or change orders they'll do anything to insure you lose. 3rd thing all different ways they crushed me account I loved moomoo was literally my go to platform but now to see this and to not get help till it was beyond to late is so wrong I shouldn't have to worry about getting screwed in the United States stock market like I don't understand how it could have a problem let alone how they couldn't get it fixed options are very time sensitive but still had the time to still be ok if they could have just helped fix the problem to begin with. this hurts so much I just want a fair chance if I lose i lose if I win I win but not something the takes your ability to trade away from u like that I should have been able to sell and it should never happen to anyone else either just can't believe this crap
