IPO application for 99 through Moomoo

Application of IPO is very convenient and straightforward, my recent applications of 99 Speedmart get allotted 50% of application. No application fees charge, only pay when I get allotted, can use max buying power margin to apply, so all my idle money works in MMF till the last drop. Any better platform than Moomoo? Not that I know of at this moment
