Is ASML worth considering?

$ASML Holding (ASML.US)$ Since it manufactures the most advanced chip manufacturing equipment in the world, they were considering acquiring the company.

Major companies (Intel, Apple, Samsung, etc.) all use ASML as a provider. Intel is a candidate to consider. I think ASML is likely to rise over the next few weeks.
