Israel allegedly preparing for new clashes with Iran
The Israeli government and military are preparing for a potential additional exchange of fire between the country and Iran, which could push the United States to become even more involved in the crisis in the Middle East, Channel 14 reported.

According to an Israeli security source familiar with the matter, the authorities believe that Iran could contain a "moderate" response to its recent attacks on its neighbor and are considering the option of a "powerful" one. The person added that an escalation could "drag the Americans in, which Iran would certainly not want."

Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi insisted that Tehran does not want a war with Israel but is still "fully prepared" for it.
